Responsibilities:
**Strategic Sales Leadership:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing clear guidance and direction.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
**New Client Acquisition:**
- Utilize a proactive approach to identify and engage new clients, including banks, financial institutions, retailers, and other businesses.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently seeking new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden market reach.
**Account Management:**
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Work with the account team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
- Address and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
**Market Expertise:**
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the payments ecosystem.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Philippine payment landscape to customize solutions for local market needs.
- Provide market insights to support product and service development.
**Digital Transformation:**
- Promote digital transformation services to clients seeking to enhance their online capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 15 years of relevant sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong network and relationships within the payment industry in the Philippines.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
