Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite | Cebu

Shift Schedule | Rest Days: US Business hours

Educational Requirement: College Graduate

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
  • Report and dashboards creation

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of computers, i.e., MS Office, and above-average MS Excel knowledge is required.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal & people management skills with a good problem-solving approach.
  • Expert knowledge of service procedures
  • Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
  • WFM Tool Competency (IEX, eWFM, etc.)
  • RTA/MIS experience is advantageous.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative.
