Working Setup:

  • 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)

Work Hours:

  • 11PM to 8AM

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including training on tools, processes, and role-specific skills.
  • Training & Development: Design and enhance training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth through coaching and upskilling.
  • Performance Support & Evaluation: Monitor onboarding and training effectiveness through metrics, assess learner performance with feedback, and refine programs based on data and business priorities.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Standardize onboarding and training for consistency and scalability and to update training materials and knowledge bases.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Operations to align training with business goals and serve as the onboarding support contact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Excellent English communication
  • At least 5 years experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
  • At least 3 years tenure in Training
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking training effectiveness and KPIs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, learning & development, or related roles.
