Working Setup:
- 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)
Work Hours:
- 11PM to 8AM
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including training on tools, processes, and role-specific skills.
- Training & Development: Design and enhance training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth through coaching and upskilling.
- Performance Support & Evaluation: Monitor onboarding and training effectiveness through metrics, assess learner performance with feedback, and refine programs based on data and business priorities.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Standardize onboarding and training for consistency and scalability and to update training materials and knowledge bases.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Operations to align training with business goals and serve as the onboarding support contact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent English communication
- At least 5 years experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
- At least 3 years tenure in Training
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking training effectiveness and KPIs.
- At least 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, learning & development, or related roles.
