IT Manager - Network and Hardware (Makati) | Onsite

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage IT operations across stores and the head office, ensuring system uptime
  and reliability.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network
  systems.
• Provide technical support for POS systems, inventory management tools, and other retail
  applications.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
• Coordinate with global IT teams for system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, software licensing, and service agreement

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a local or international retail company
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and retail systems (POS, ERP).
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance standards
• Above average English communication skills as this will also support expats
• Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
• Bachelor's degree
