JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Licensed and Registered Nurse in the Philippines
- Master's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent is preferred
- At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role
- Good English communication skills
- Proven track record in outpatient clinical governance, nursing protocol development, and staff supervision
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Exposure to HMO, ambulatory care, or multisite operations is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leadership and Oversight of Nursing Operations
- Provides centralized leadership and direction to Nurse Supervisors and the nursing workforce deployed across all care clinics.
- Implements organizational goals by translating them into nursing operations and clinical workflows that promote efficient, safe, and compassionate care.
- Coordinates with cluster heads and clinic managers to ensure streamlined nursing service delivery and uniform policy enforcement.
- Governance and Clinical Protocols
- Develops, reviews, and enforces nursing clinical care standards, aligned with the organizations clinical governance framework.
- Ensures that all nurses comply with updated national standards, protocols, and internal guidelines (e.g., IV therapy certification, minor surgical assistance protocols, triaging standards).
- Takes the lead in integrating nursing roles in the implementation of clinical decision trees and care pathways for primary care.
- Workforce Planning and Staffing
- Conducts regular nursing manpower audits and works with HR and Physician Engagement to deploy appropriately skilled nurses per clinic size, service mix, and patient load.
- Oversees duty scheduling, reliever pool utilization, and succession planning for nurse leaders.
- Implements workload balancing and productivity tracking mechanisms for nursing staff.
