WFM Team Lead (Workforce Lead)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite in Cebu City

Shift Schedule: US Business hours

Role Requirement: 

• Bachelor's Graduate
• At least 5 total WFM experience, at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in BPO
• Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Report and dashboards creation
• Good working knowledge of computer, i.e., MS-Office, Above 
• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of service procedures
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
• WFM Tool Competency (IEX, eWFM, etc.)
• RTA/ MIS Experience is advantageous.
• Can start ASAP
