Requirements:
- 2nd Year College / 72 Units | Bachelor's Degree (Any Course)
- 1 year as a quality analyst in BPO
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & client-driven audits and preparation thereof
- Manage documentation and control requirements.
- Supporting operations in driving compliance culture across assigned client areas.
Skills:
- Fairly good knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Basic Internet/email usage
- Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Display high integrity and ethical values.
- Should display confidence and convincing skills.
- Should be a team player and demonstrate team leadership skills.
- Should be an assertive and result-oriented professional.
