What do we do
Tashi is on an ongoing quest to demonstrate the real-world value of Web3 technology to the Web2 world via our performance, cost and security advantages. Tashi has built the fastest consensus algorithm available currently (1 Mn+ TPS and latency below 100 ms) and is building a suite of products to enable its clients and others in the web3 ecosystem to benefit from it.
The research associate will work closely with the product advocate to understand customer needs, identify key product features and capabilities that will delight customers, and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.
What you are required to do
- Conduct customer research including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and analytics to gain insights into customer problems, needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in customer experience, user experience, product management, and related fields,
- Analyze customer feedback and support requests to identify opportunities for improving product design, features, and workflows.
- Make data-driven recommendations on new product features and capabilities that will enhance the customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and engineering to bring recommended features and changes to life.
- Help evaluate the performance and impact of new product releases on key metrics like customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Assist with broader product strategy and roadmap development to ensure a focus on customer and user needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of using data and insights to make recommendations that lead to meaningful product improvements and enhanced customer experiences.
- Strong skills in research methods, analytics, communication, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Passion for understanding customers and building products that delight users.
- Experience in product preferably in Web3, Cloud, or an Infrastructure role.
