Quality Control Engineer

Job Title: Quality Control Engineer
Location: Baghdad
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing quality control activities, including site visits and inspections, to identify and correct any defects in services. The role ensures that quality control measures are developed and maintained for the services offered by Global Tek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze outputs from the system and review the documentation to ensure quality controls are properly implemented.
• Develop checklists for critical processes to ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
• Investigate the root causes of service quality defects and recommend corrective actions for processes or parts of processes that need improvement.
• Analyze customer returns and complaints, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement quality tools and ensure that managers and staff understand their role in improving business operations.
• Propose tools and equipment needed to resolve and improve any quality issues.
• Continuously explore methods to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems that will improve quality standards.
• Actively engage with other departments to identify areas for process optimization.
• Advocate for continual improvement activities to enhance services and the work environment through training and clear work instructions.
• Conduct inspections to ensure that services comply with established requirements, using engineering techniques.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering field.

Years of Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control.
