Summary:
The Network Maintenance Supervisor oversees technical and operational aspects of network maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities include providing technical support, coordinating maintenance, supervising field teams, and ensuring safety and efficiency in network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support network maintenance, including diagnosing complex issues and adjusting hardware.
• Design and develop optical fiber cable sketches and facilitate site surveys for network maintenance.
• Supervise fieldwork, manage technical support, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Support network equipment installation, cable placement, and inventory management.
• Provide training, generate performance reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or BSc in a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant role.
• Skills: Technical support, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of network equipment, telecommunications, CAD tools, and quality standards. Good command of Arabic and Microsoft Office.

KPIs:

• Achievement of operational SLAs, timely site deployments, network coverage, performance metrics, stock availability, and customer satisfaction.
