:Key Responsibilities

.Led a team of cash collectors and ensured their performance met targets

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash collection

.processes

.Managing and reconciling cash collections

.Monitoring and reporting on team and individual performance

.Training and coaching team members

.Handling escalated customer inquiries and issues

Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and customer

.service

Qualifications and Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business

.administration)

.Prior experience in cash collection or a related role

Accountant

.Experience of at least three years

.Strong leadership and team management skills

.Excellent communication and negotiation skills

.Proficiency in financial software and tools

.Analytical and problem-solving abilities

.Attention to detail and accuracy

.Preferred have experience in ISP and CRM

.Monthly Total Revenue Report
