Preventive Maintenance Engineer

This role is responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist field teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Review and approve site acceptance documents for new deployments.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities on electrical equipment, towers, fiber optics, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Interpret and analyze network diagrams to identify potential issues.
• Available for on-call support in case of emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in engineering, ISP, or telecom maintenance
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of network equipment, cabling, fiber optics, power systems, and safety procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure
