Summary of Sr. Operations Admin Officer Job Description 

Overall Responsibility: Manages all administrative tasks related to maintenance activities, resource allocation, employee attendance, reporting, site administration, and forms, ensuring compliance with company policy.

Key Duties:

  • Resource Management: Analyzes resource allocation, recommends improvements, and escalates utilization issues.
  • Employee Management: Tracks attendance follows up on missing documentation, and coordinates driver distribution.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintains order logs, records daily work performance, prepares reports, and handles absence reporting.
  • Communication & Coordination: Provides back-office support to supervisors/managers, assists section heads with job distribution, and coordinates with HR on staff changes.
  • Field Maintenance: Tracks technician/driver attendance assists with resource scheduling, and maintains vehicle/driver logs.
  • Customer Service: Contacts customers regarding fiber optic cable maintenance.
  • Financial Tasks: Tracks invoices, assists with billing and reporting, and calculates bonuses (after manager approval).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has basic problem-solving and system thinking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role within the ISP or Telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
