Operations Admin Officer 

This role provides administrative support across various departments within Global Tek, handling tasks related to:

  • Maintenance activities: Resource allocation, employee attendance, reporting, site administration, and forms management.
  • General administration: Providing back-office support to supervisors, managing orders and logs, handling reports, and assisting with customer service.
  • Field maintenance: Supporting technicians, scheduling resources, maintaining vehicle logs, preparing paperwork, and handling customer communication.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Business Administration).
  • 0-1 year of experience in administration or project coordination, preferably in the ISP or Telecom industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and learn new technologies quickly.
