Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Officer. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative and customer service assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Qualify incoming sales leads and distribute them to appropriate sales representatives.
- Research and gather information on potential customers and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and materials for sales meetings.
- Schedule appointments and manage sales calendars for sales representatives.
- Post-Sales Support:
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Track order status and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data.
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Manage sales-related documents and files.
- Prepare sales contracts and proposals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for sales representatives (optional)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive and professional attitude.
