Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Officer. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative and customer service assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Qualify incoming sales leads and distribute them to appropriate sales representatives.
    • Research and gather information on potential customers and opportunities.
    • Prepare presentations and materials for sales meetings.
    • Schedule appointments and manage sales calendars for sales representatives.
  • Post-Sales Support:
    • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
    • Track order status and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Generate reports and analyze sales data.
    • Assist with customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
    • Manage sales-related documents and files.
    • Prepare sales contracts and proposals.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for sales representatives (optional)
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
