Executive Assistant 

This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Office, including:

  • Executive Support: Managing schedules, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence for executives.
  • Office Administration: Maintaining records, handling bookkeeping tasks, managing office supplies, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Communication and Coordination: Scheduling meetings, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and following up on tasks.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a relevant role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project/task management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and handle pressure.
