Executive Assistant
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Office, including:
- Executive Support: Managing schedules, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence for executives.
- Office Administration: Maintaining records, handling bookkeeping tasks, managing office supplies, and recording meeting minutes.
- Communication and Coordination: Scheduling meetings, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and following up on tasks.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a relevant role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project/task management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and handle pressure.
