Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Baghdad

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.

Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, managing emails and tickets, and responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.

Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and strict confidentiality.

Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or summaries to support the CEO's decision-making process.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant documents, ensuring timely distribution to participants.

Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and implementation of decisions.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and other external partners.

Assist the CEO in special projects and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional attention to detail.

Professional level in the English language

Proficient in using productivity tools, such as ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to independently address challenges and find solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel and work outside regular office hours, as needed.
