Role: Oversees the execution, control, and completion of medium-scale rollout and deployment projects within budget and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manages project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Leads and coordinates project teams, including contractors.
• Develops and executes project plans.
• Monitors project progress and addresses issues.
• Ensures quality standards are met.
• Manages project documentation and reporting.
• Provides leadership and guidance to project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, Computer, or related) and PMP certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications/ISP or network operations, including 3 years in project management and team supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of ISP network operations and industry standards.
