Job Summary:

The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Officer is responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to the organization's health, safety, and environmental policies. This role involves conducting risk assessments, performing regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training sessions to staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and accidents, offering recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate HSE records, prepare and submit regular reports to management, including KPIs, accident statistics, and compliance status.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
