About the job Performance & KPI Monitoring Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports for all departments.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify deviations from benchmarks, and alert management of potential issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness by administering measurement tools and following up with departments.
- Analyze data sources to verify KPI calculations and maintain report credibility.
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues for correction.
- Manage the KPI reporting dashboard for visual access to performance results.
- Analyze customer-related KPIs and ensure compliance with benchmarks.
- Propose KPI improvements and implement new management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in KPI and monitoring functions (preferably in ISP industry).
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, data analysis tools).
- Technical knowledge of ISP industry quality standards and assurance.
- Experience with performance and KPI management tools (ITIL & ISO preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with senior-level staff.
- Passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and presenting insights.
