Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports for all departments.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify deviations from benchmarks, and alert management of potential issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness by administering measurement tools and following up with departments.
  • Analyze data sources to verify KPI calculations and maintain report credibility.
  • Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues for correction.
  • Manage the KPI reporting dashboard for visual access to performance results.
  • Analyze customer-related KPIs and ensure compliance with benchmarks.
  • Propose KPI improvements and implement new management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in KPI and monitoring functions (preferably in ISP industry).
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, data analysis tools).
  • Technical knowledge of ISP industry quality standards and assurance.
  • Experience with performance and KPI management tools (ITIL & ISO preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with senior-level staff.
  • Passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and presenting insights.
