Focus: Efficiently staff professional service projects with internal and external resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project resource requests.
  • Communicate staffing status with project managers.
  • Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders for staffing.
  • Maintain resource availability and resourcing process (hard/soft bookings).
  • Generate resource reports, monitor team bandwidth, and maximize resource utilization.
  • Analyze resource data, recommend solutions for shortages and gaps.
  • Manage relationships with service partners for resource fulfillment.
  • Lead internal/external staffing and planning meetings.
  • Manage skill data, develop and conduct resource management training.
  • Analyze and manage project resources/budgets, plan for on-schedule/on-budget projects.
  • Collaborate with team members, managers, stakeholders, and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in planning.
  • Technical skills: ERP system, MS office, reporting tools.
  • Soft skills: adaptation, stress management, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, networking.
  • Unique skills: technical knowledge, communication, leadership, interpersonal, critical reasoning.
