About the job Resource Management Engineer
Focus: Efficiently staff professional service projects with internal and external resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project resource requests.
- Communicate staffing status with project managers.
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders for staffing.
- Maintain resource availability and resourcing process (hard/soft bookings).
- Generate resource reports, monitor team bandwidth, and maximize resource utilization.
- Analyze resource data, recommend solutions for shortages and gaps.
- Manage relationships with service partners for resource fulfillment.
- Lead internal/external staffing and planning meetings.
- Manage skill data, develop and conduct resource management training.
- Analyze and manage project resources/budgets, plan for on-schedule/on-budget projects.
- Collaborate with team members, managers, stakeholders, and contractors.
Qualifications:
- BA in Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in planning.
- Technical skills: ERP system, MS office, reporting tools.
- Soft skills: adaptation, stress management, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, networking.
- Unique skills: technical knowledge, communication, leadership, interpersonal, critical reasoning.
- Core competencies: quality, creativity, agility.

- Knowledge: experience in professional services, RMO operations, project management, reporting, MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
