Operations Admin Officer Job Summary 

This is an entry-level position responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for various tasks within the Global Tek department.

Key Duties:

  • Handle administrative tasks for maintenance activities, resource allocation, employee attendance, reporting, and site administration.
  • Provide back-office support for department supervisors and managers.
  • Manage order logs, track team attendance, and keep HR informed of staff changes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, monitor tickets and tasks, and handle general administrative activities.
  • Maintain proposal files, logs, photos, and process reports.
  • Type daily reports, calculate bonuses, and report absences to HR.
  • Assist in distributing jobs and documenting customer/network incidents.

Additional Responsibilities (OMC):

  • Track engineer vacations, manage NMC reports, and collect daily work tasks.
  • Handle escalations for wireless and fiber issues, review online storage outputs, and document site acceptance procedures.

Additional Responsibilities (Field Maintenance):

  • Track technician and driver attendance, assist in resource scheduling, and maintain vehicle/driver logs.
  • Manage invoice tracking for subcontractors, document site approvals and permissions, and contact customers for fiber optic cable maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit work sheets to finance, and handle incoming calls to the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Admin, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-1 year of experience in an administrative or project coordination role in the ISP or Telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and learn new technologies.
