Job Summary

This position is responsible for the HR system, focusing on development, process, design, reporting, system implementation, testing, upgrades, data gathering, and report analysis, ensuring all data accuracy, designing custom reports and dashboards, and providing training and support to HR staff. This role involves collaborating with the process development team and HR teams, staying compliant with regulations and rules, and integrating HRIS with other systems.

Job Duties

o Focusing on development, processes, design, reporting, system implementation, testing, upgrades, data gathering, and report analysis, ensuring all data accuracy, designing custom reports and dashboards

o Collaborate with the process development team and HR teams to implement, upgrade, and maintain the HRIS software.

o Develop and generate regular reports related to HR metrics, workforce analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

o Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to support decision making.

o Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and implementing data quality control measures.

o Create customized reports and dashboards based on HR and organizational requirements.

o Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

o Work with the process development team to identify opportunities for system enhancements or new features to improve HRIS functionality.

o Provide recommendations for system improvements to meet evolving business needs.

o Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other end-users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.

o Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

o Collaborate with the process development team and relevant departments to integrate the HRIS with other organizational systems.

o Maintain documentation for HRIS processes, configurations, and reporting procedures.

o Stay up to date on trends in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions that could enhance HRIS capabilities.

o Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, ensuring successful implementation within established timelines.

o Collaborate with HR leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align HRIS strategies with organizational goals.

o Create, maintain, and support the Employee Self Service interface with the HRMS system.

o Explore new ways of improving workflow and efficiency of HR processes.
