Estimator Expert Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing project documents and specifications. You will develop customer solutions, prepare bids, track project progress, and manage project finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project costs.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and client requirements.
• Present cost estimates to clients and secure project contracts.
• Manage project databases and historical cost data.
• Track project progress, ensure timely payments, and reconcile financial activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in project estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Additional skills in InDesign, Google Analytics, ERP systems, and AutoCAD a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cost control, risk management, and project management principles.
