Scrum Master: Agile Champion Needed to Lead Our Team to Success!

Are you passionate about Agile and Scrum? Do you thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for removing roadblocks? If so, we want you on our team as a Scrum Master!

In this role, you'll be the guardian of our Agile journey, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove roadblocks and keep the team moving forward.
• Coach the team on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Promote open communication and collaboration within the team.
• Track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (3+ years of Scrum Master experience or similar Agile role preferred).
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach teams.
