Site Supervisor 
Location: - Karbala

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to field teams during network deployment.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and clear communication with deployment crews.
• Oversee site surveys, equipment installation, testing, and acceptance support.
• Design and develop optical fiber cable sketches.
• Support project managers in delivering infrastructure on schedule and to industry standards.
• Facilitate all phases of network deployment, from initial survey to final handover.
• Manage technical analysis using software planning tools.
• Supervise contractors, track progress, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and support public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecommunications Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the telecommunications or network operations industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
