Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce safety and security protocols within the premises.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and drills.
• Monitor security systems and address any breaches or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external agencies, if necessary, to ensure the overall safety of the facility.
• Conduct employee training on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses and provide detailed reports.
• Stay updated on relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records related to safety and security activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a safety or security role, with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, including OSHA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
