Job Summary:

Warsha seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market share expansion. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging your skills in digital marketing, social media management, and customer relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across email, display advertising, and social media platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate insightful reports to optimize results.
    • Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Analyze website traffic data and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable insights.
  • Content Creation and Engagement:
    • Manage and maintain Warsha's social media presence, creating engaging content across various platforms.
    • Develop compelling presentations and marketing materials to showcase Warsha's products and services.
  • Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
    • Prepare effective sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of Warsha's instrumentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns that may arise.
    • Gather feedback from customers and translate that feedback into actionable insights for product development and service improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Marketing Skills: Digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Content creation, Campaign management, Market research, Data analysis, Reporting
    • Sales Skills: Customer relationship management, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Lead generation
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Time management, Teamwork, Organization
  • Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
    • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies and solution selling methodologies.
    • Knowledge of Warsha products and services (preferred).
