Summary:

Play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition, development, and engagement. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals in implementing strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for our bankers.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead the recruitment process for all open positions, sourcing and attracting top talent across diverse disciplines.
    • Develop and implement effective screening and interview strategies.
    • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Talent Development:
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs aligned with business goals and employee career aspirations.
    • Partner with managers to establish individual development plans for all employees.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
    • Promote company culture and values through internal communication initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
    • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HR software applications and data analysis tools.
