Job Title: NOC Manager

Job Location: Baghdad

Job Duties:

Oversee the operation, maintenance, reliability, and quality of transmission for the NOC.

Oversee the daily operations of the NOC and ensure the team is properly staffed, trained, and equipped to provide level 1 and 2 support to our customers.

Ensure that the NOC is meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our customers.

Continuously evaluate and improve the operational support and maintenance procedures focused on avoiding unscheduled service interruptions and achieving best-in-class customer support.

Planning network expansion and new devices purchase.

Monitor the network and server from the core level to access.

Creating and implementing network security measures.

Conduct regular network performance tests.

Coordinate and collaborate with IP Team, Technical Support, and Operation Team to ensure alignment with cross-functional processes and procedures and explanation of teleport and customer support responsibilities.

Build a winning team through meaningful, timely feedback and recognition.

Develop, document, and ensure compliance with NOC processes and procedures.

Act as a point of technical escalation and support, as needed.

Assign and manage workload and shift work schedules.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Network Engineering or any related field.

5 years in a similar role
