We're seeking an artful Interior Designer to handle a range of space designing projects, from conceptual development to execution. The ideal candidate will create practical yet visually pleasing designs, liaising with stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

- Manage design projects from concept to completion.

- Define project requirements and schedules.

- Translate customer needs into rough plans.

- Set project costs and fees within budget.

- Research and select materials and products.

- Produce samples and mood boards.

- Supervise work progress.

- Collaborate with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors.

- Stay updated on industry changes and best practices.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in interior space decorating (consultations, renovations, space planning, new constructions).

- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar design programs.

- Excellent portfolio showcasing previous works.

- Creative talent, imagination, and a keen eye for design.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Project management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in interior design or similar field.
