Summary of Sr. Talent Management Officer Job Description
Overall Purpose:
The Sr. Talent Management Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing programs that improve employee engagement, performance, and development, ultimately driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute talent management programs like performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design, communicate, and implement these programs.
- Analyze data and track the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Act as a focal point for specific activities like employee engagement surveys and employer branding.
- Help design and maintain the organization's structure to optimize staff utilization.
- Assist with manpower planning and facilitate internal mobility opportunities.
- Manage projects related to talent management, change management, and organizational development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to increase internal mobility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (HR certifications preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
- Knowledge of strategic HR practices and change management principles.
