We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain 100% stock count accuracy.
  • Supervise loading and unloading procedures to guarantee proper handling techniques and safety.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product integrity.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Diploma in a related field (preferred), along with a high school diploma and technical health and safety certificate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
