We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain 100% stock count accuracy.
- Supervise loading and unloading procedures to guarantee proper handling techniques and safety.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product integrity.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Diploma in a related field (preferred), along with a high school diploma and technical health and safety certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
