In this role, you'll lead the design charge, crafting user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You'll translate user needs into stunning visuals, conduct usability testing, and collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-fidelity prototypes & mockups using industry-standard tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Conduct user research & testing to ensure optimal user experience (UX).
• Develop design systems & style guides for brand consistency.
• Partner with developers for seamless design implementation.
• Stay on top of UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (3+ years of experience preferred).
• Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for user experience.
