We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Help Desk Specialist. This is a key role within the organization and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to the employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees via phone, email, and online ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Install and configure computer systems and software.
  • Provide user training and support.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in IT support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT Help Desk services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an IT Help Desk or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
