About the job Path Patroller Driver
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roads and designated areas for network hazards like uncovered manholes, improper backfilling, or potential fiber optic cable cuts.
- Use GPS program "Tatabo3" to monitor patrol routes and ensure coverage.
- Alert the Fiber maintenance team of any identified dangers or confirmed fiber cuts.
- Generate daily reports on encountered excavation cases.
- Maintain clear communication and coordinate between field maintenance and project teams.
- Utilize maps and specialized tools like OTDR to locate and address network cuts.
- Prioritize network stability by monitoring operations and minimizing disruptions during maintenance works.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid traffic license with a clean driving record.
- 0-1 years of experience in field work (preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Knowledge of GIS and Google Earth a plus.
- Experience with Tatabo3 (GPS program) and OTDR preferred.
