Duties and Responsibilities
Represent the company at various events and meetings, showcasing our brand and values.
Foster coordination and collaboration among all departments and employees to ensure the smooth execution of company duties.
Demonstrate quick problem-solving skills, addressing issues as they arise to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Implement and enforce the company's health and safety policies and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of company facilities, vehicles, and equipment in accordance with company requirements.
Act as a liaison between employees and management, actively listening to their needs and challenges and effectively communicating them to the appropriate parties.
Coordinate with management to provide timely solutions and support for employee concerns.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:
Education: University Degree in Business Administration or related filed
Experience: Minimum 3 years in management.
Languages: Very good communication skills at both English and Arabic
(verbal and writing)

Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company and foster collaboration among employees.
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle and resolve issues promptly.
Sound knowledge of health and safety policies and guidelines to ensure compliance within the workplace.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage facilities, vehicles, and equipment effectively.
Active listening skills to understand and address employee needs and challenges.
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders.
Proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.
Prior experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
