Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our most important clients, driving revenue growth, and exceeding customer expectations. As a KAM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success and profitability of our key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from assigned key accounts.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Identify and proactively address client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Regularly forecast and report on sales pipeline, activity, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in account management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of key account management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Travel required (optional: specify frequency or percentage)
