Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

Global Tek seeks a highly motivated and qualified Quality Assurance Auditor to play a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting quality assurance audits:
  • Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards implementation for assigned processes.
  • Conduct site visits and system audits to ensure quality controls are in place and identify potential gaps.
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities, including deviations, and submit regular management reports.
  • Implement mystery shopping programs and standards audits, submitting results as assigned.
• Analyzing and implementing corrective actions:
  • Analyze audit findings and propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement and resolve identified deviations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulations.
• Maintaining compliance and monitoring:
  • Monitor service levels and adherence to government-required processes.
  • Follow up on issues escalated through the ticketing system, customer complaints, and incidents.
  • Perform planned and systematic follow-up and monitoring of processes and documentation procedures.
• Reporting and communication:
  • Compose management and technical reports on quality assurance issues.
  • Highlight potential areas for improvement and address identified quality gaps.
  • Effectively communicate with employees and senior management to promote customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field (BSc or equivalent).
• Certification: Certified Quality Engineer (desired).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the quality field.
