Job Summary:

This position is responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to Maintenance Activities, Resource

allocation, employee attendance, reporting, sites administration, and forms as per company policy.

Job Duties:

· Provide back office support and coordination for the department supervisors/managers.

· Manage order log from the storage and ensure proper procedures are followed.

· Follow up team attendance on daily basis.

· Keep Human resources section informed for any changes in section staff.

· Record team daily work performance.

· Prepare required studies & presentations requested by section supervisor/manager.

· Monitor any tickets or delayed tasks due to coordination issues and escalate to Manager.

· Handle general administrative activities to support the business.

· Maintain all proposal files, logs, photos and process reports.

· Handle typing the daily reports about the completed works.

· Calculate the bonus and the handle the absence reporting to HR (After check with the Manager)

· Assist section heads in distribution of jobs.

· Document customer and network incidents/conditions in appropriate tracking systems.

· Review, Track & assembles the Scope of FTTH Work by QGIS app (Q field), Method of Procedure, Bill of

Materials, as-built drawings, and site-specific installation instructions for the client.

Field Maintenance:

· Follow up technicians & drivers attendance on daily basis.

· Assist in resource scheduling of the technicians teams requests and maintenance.

· Handle Maintaining vehicle and driver logs.

· Maintain invoice-tracking lot to ensure subcontractors are paid according to terms as well as assist billing

and reporting for invoicing to customer.

· Document and file site acceptance including all related notes and documentation.

· Document and file the Approvals and permission access for the employees to enter the Exchanges.

· Contacts and check with the customers availability to Maintenance the fiber optic cable.

· Prepare and submit work sheets with the finance. · Handle all incoming calls to the department.

Education:

· BSc. in MIS, Business Admin or related degree.

Years of Experience:

0-1 years' experience in admin or project coordination role in ISP or Telecom industry.
