Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Account Managers to join our team. We have positions available in 5 governorates: Baghdad, Anbar, Mosul, Basra, and Karbala.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and will be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop and execute account plans.
• Manage and track client accounts.
• Identify and upsell/cross-sell new products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Work with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in account management
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
