Responsibilities:

  • Handle user account management, security group configurations, and group policy management within Active Directory.
  • Manage and maintain domain controllers and DNS servers to ensure efficient and secure domain operations.
  • Configure and set up email systems, troubleshoot email-related issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Implement and configure VoIP systems, including call routing, VoIP phone setups, and troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure server hardware, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Set up and configure desktop and laptop computers, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and manage centralized printer systems to optimize print services for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support and Help Desk roles, with expertise in the mentioned areas.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory management, domain administration, and DNS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
