Responsibilities:
- Handle user account management, security group configurations, and group policy management within Active Directory.
- Manage and maintain domain controllers and DNS servers to ensure efficient and secure domain operations.
- Configure and set up email systems, troubleshoot email-related issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Implement and configure VoIP systems, including call routing, VoIP phone setups, and troubleshooting.
- Install and configure server hardware, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Set up and configure desktop and laptop computers, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and manage centralized printer systems to optimize print services for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support and Help Desk roles, with expertise in the mentioned areas.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management, domain administration, and DNS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
