Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Identify and source qualified candidates for open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.
- Analyze and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes and metrics.
- Talent Development:
- Design and deliver training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Implement career planning and development programs.
- Partner with managers to create a culture of learning and development.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Manage employee performance reviews and compensation.
- Conduct succession planning activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent management role.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, development, and management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
