Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.
    • Identify and source qualified candidates for open positions.
    • Manage the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.
    • Analyze and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes and metrics.
  • Talent Development:
    • Design and deliver training and development programs for employees at all levels.
    • Identify and develop high-potential employees.
    • Implement career planning and development programs.
    • Partner with managers to create a culture of learning and development.
  • Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
    • Manage employee performance reviews and compensation.
    • Conduct succession planning activities.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent management role.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, development, and management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
