We are seeking a skilled content specialist to lead and enhance our brand's content creation process. In this role, you will conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, oversee content creation and distribution, and analyze consumer and content metrics.

To excel as a content specialist, you must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong creativity. Successful candidates will be adept storytellers with deep insights into consumer behavior and emerging content trends.

Conducting meetings with creative, marketing, and design teams to brainstorm and establish content objectives.

Staying informed about current content and consumer trends to maintain relevance and appeal.

Formulating content strategies that align with target audience and marketing objectives.

Producing content across various platforms such as blogs, websites, and social media.

Reviewing and refining content for accuracy and quality prior to publication.

Implementing effective SEO and SMO techniques to enhance content visibility.

Maintaining organized content calendars to ensure consistency across all channels.

Collaborating closely with marketing, design, and writing teams to meet project deadlines.

Analyzing consumer behavior and content metrics to create insightful reports and presentations.

Staying abreast of evolving content trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements.

Content Specialist Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar.

A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing or similar.

A portfolio of published work.

Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy and InDesign.

Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.

Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media and print media.

Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
