Job Summary:

Global Tek is seeking a Quality Control Engineer in Dhi Qar (Nasiriyah) to ensure the highest standard of services provided to our clients. You will be responsible for conducting site visits and inspections, identifying and correcting service defects, and actively contributing to the development and implementation of quality control measures for our service offerings. This role also involves analyzing customer feedback, proposing corrective actions, and advocating for continuous improvement through training and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure services comply with established requirements.
  • Analyze system outputs and documentation, recommending improvements for quality control.
  • Develop checklists for critical processes to guarantee quality service delivery.
  • Investigate service quality issues, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer feedback, proposing corrective and preventive measures to enhance service quality.
  • Implement relevant quality tools, educating others on their utilization for business improvement.
  • Propose tools and equipment to resolve and prevent quality issues.
  • Collaborate with operating staff to establish procedures and improve quality standards.
  • Actively engage with other departments to identify areas for process optimization.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives through training and work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Quality Control.

    • Technical knowledge of quality engineering relevant to the ISP industry.
    • Familiarity with performance and KPI management tools, quality control tools audit procedures, and industry benchmarks.
    • Business acumen in the ISP industry regarding the full business cycle.
    • Experience consulting with large and international companies.
    • Proven ability to formulate and implement policies and standards, ensuring accountability and compliance.
    • Experience working within large corporate cultures.
    • Effective presentation skills for educating internal clients on standards and procedures.
    • Skill in KPI management and reporting.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage workload effectively.
