    Summary:
    The Operations Admin Officer is responsible for managing administrative tasks related to Maintenance Activities, Resource Allocation, employee attendance, reporting, and site administration. The role involves providing back-office support, coordinating with supervisors, managing order logs, tracking team attendance, and handling various administrative activities. The officer also assists in resource scheduling, maintains vehicle and driver logs, and ensures proper documentation for site acceptance and approvals.

    Key Duties:

    • Provide back-office support for department supervisors.
    • Manage order logs and ensure proper procedures.
    • Monitor team attendance and record daily work performance.
    • Prepare studies and presentations for supervisors.
    • Handle administrative activities to support business operations.
    • Maintain proposal files, logs, photos, and process reports.
    • Assist in resource scheduling and maintenance for technicians.
    • Document and file site acceptance and permission access.
    • Handle incoming calls to the department.

    • Willingness and ability to quickly learn complex concepts.
