About the job HR Specialist

Almarshaq Group are looking for ( HR Specialist ) to work with in Baghdad / Alwaziriya with below responsibilities and requirements

Responsiblities :

- Looking after day to day HR operations .

- Entering employees data into system and ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new information or changes in employment status .

- Keep employee records up-to-date, such as attendance, leaves, working hours and follow up social security matters with legal department.

- Assisting in conducting recruitment process in coordination with HR manager in managing hiring activities, from recruitment needs and advertising company vacancies by posting job announcement, checking resumes to creating job offers for some job positions .

- Participate in resolving employees disputes and problems .

- Prepare hiring documents for new hires, conduct first-day company. orientation for new employees with sending Policy handbook that explain company internal procedures .

- Follow up applying internal policy and procedures in manner way.

- Conducting performance evaluations in coordination with HR manager.

- follow up monthly GSM payments with and their variables and keep it up to date by coordination with telecommunication companies.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree is preferred .

- 3 to 4 years of experience in HR roles.

- Good knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law .

- Good understanding of recruitment process and talent acquisition.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills .

- Problem-solving and decision making skills .

- Good experience in using MS.Office programs ( Excel, Word, Power Point ) .

- Preferably to whom whose having own car .
