Summary:
The Solution Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing client relationships. The role involves developing and presenting technological solutions tailored to client needs, negotiating terms, and handling both new and existing accounts. The position requires expertise in advanced technological and scientific products and emphasizes consultative selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify market needs, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle negotiations, manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, and ensure successful contract finalization.
  • Technical Responsibilities: Demonstrate solutions, design technical architecture, manage sales contracts, and conduct market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of products, technical expertise, negotiation skills, strong communication, and relationship management.
  • Competencies: Passion, creativity, customer service orientation, and technical expertise.

Languages: Advanced English and Arabic.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
KPIs: Sales growth, customer acquisition rates, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and compliance with procedures.
