Job Summary:

The Warehouse Stock Control Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accurate records, and compliance with inventory parameters. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory control procedures and software.

Location: 

Baghdad & Basra & Kirkuk & Muthana & Dhi Qar 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and oversee inventory levels to ensure they comply with set standards and parameters.
  • Order and Stock Handling: Oversee the placement of orders and timely delivery of goods, ensuring proper stock presentation and merchandising.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify risks in the supply chain and develop solutions to minimize losses.
  • Data Management: Utilize specialized programs for record-keeping and ensure timely and accurate data entry in inventory systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in inventory control software, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and basic financial skills.
