This is an intermediate-level engineering role for a creative problem-solver who designs and develops new products. You'll bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, ensuring the final product is valuable and functional.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments (marketing, R&D, engineering) on product ideas, research, and feasibility.
• Redesign existing products to improve function or reduce costs.
• Take projects from concept to completion, including design, prototyping, testing, and production oversight.
• Lead redesign efforts for existing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical).
• 3 years of experience.
• Strong technical skills (AutoCAD, QGIS, MS Office Suite) and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, creativity, and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Experience in network equipment and data communication is a plus.
